You can, but just make sure you properly remove it with an oil-free make-up remover at the end of each day. It would also help your skin if you do monthly facials, to avoid brake-outs from the make-up. Hope this helps! :)

Me, Yes I always ear make up everyday specially when I’m gong to work because it is required by my company. However during at night or when I’m home I used make-up remover, be sure also that before you sleep you already removed you make up. put a facial cream to moisturized you skin.
