Some rosy pink blush might help add some color to your face, when applied right. And as far as your eyes go, look in the store and they have this eyeliner and shadow specifically for hazel eyes. I’m not kidding. I have green eyes and they have it for green too. I don’t remember for sure, but I think it was purple shades that brought out hazel eyes more. Light yellow, many greens, and red would probably look good an you, but no guarentees. I don’t know what you look like, LOL! I really hope I helped a little! =]

Pinky-peach blush like Nars Orgasm would suit your skin. Kohl eyeliner in black in the inner rims of your eye & maybelline define-a-lash mascara on the curled upper lashes would make your hazel eyes pop, if uve got small eyes you shud only stick w/eyeliner on the top OR bottom lid, but not both b/c your eyes will appear smaller… As 4 lip color stick w/nudes or pinks.. your best bet would b mac lipstick in viva glam V or II.. As 4 clothes your hair & skin color doesn’t matter as much as body type… Hope this helps :•)
