Wearing too much makeup definitely makes you look like you’re trying to hard and that is never attractive. With foundation, if your face is lighter or darker than your neck then you aren’t blending well and it’s the wrong shade. Unless you have acne or other skin issues, you don’t really need foundation in the first place. Just loose powder to cut down on shine. Mascara and lipgloss are always good to make you look polished, just don’t overdo it on either of them or it looks gloopy and messy. Dark eyeshadow & eyeliner are best saved for going out at night. I can’t tell you how many guys have told me they like a girl that doesn’t have to wear a lot of makeup.

Your uniform doesn’t sound too high or slutty but it’s best to keep it regulation length while you’re at school. Afterwards, you can roll it up. Guys do love school girl outfits.
