Since you are 14, I would suggest a tinted moisturizer (it’s more sheer than a regular foundation) or a mineral powder (won’t clog your pores) and a concealer to touch up problem areas. When buying any foundation, try it on at your jawline near your neck (you want to try to match it with your neck color). The one that you can detect the least is the color you should get (don’t be afraid to ask for help or bring a friend along for another opinion)

As for makeup color, a little goes a long way. If you wear any bright or dark color on your eyes, keep it below the crease.

For Green Eyes: Green eyes look great in shades of purple, from light to dark. Copper, burgundy, fuchsia and rust shades also look stunning on green-eyed girls. Or, try a deep emerald shade for a complementary color. For All Eye Colors: You can’t go wrong with neutrals! Shades like beige, toffee, fawn and chocolate look fantastic with all eye colors. If you’re in the mood for a little color but not too much, use light beige wash of color over entire lid then finish with a colored liner in the shade of your choice. For blush - just use a little: first smile and put it on the apples of your cheeks. With bronzer (again a little goes a long way - easier to put on more a bit at a time than to try and take it off if you’ve put too much) you would apply to the apples of your cheeks (like blush) but you would also apply to the areas where the sun touches first (bridge of the nose, on your forehead (just the outer corners above your eyebrows) and your chin.

A secret I’ve found for eyeliner is to use the dark colors of your eyeshadow (makes the color options limitless & is easier to apply!) and a flathead or angled nylon brush and a spray bottle. First you spray a little water on the brush, then wipe it off with a tissue (so that the brush is a little damp, but not wet), then run the flat edge of the brush along your favorite color. Then hold the brush with the bristles horizontal, and gently pull the skin on the outer corner of your eye (not too close) and brush on the color as close to the lash line above your lashes in short strokes, starting from the outer corner of your eye to the inner corner, and Voila! Then if you want a smoky eye, you can use a Q-tip in the same color and smudge it a bit in the inner half of your lash line and a bit more at the outer corners

Teens look best and more awake when they don’t have a lot of mascara, but if you do just blink it on. The one you have sounds good.

For the lips I would suggest lip gloss. I love lip gloss; it makes your lips look full & kissable.
