im pretty much at my goal weight now.
I allow myself some air though.
I accept anywhere between like, 130-134 on the scale.
lol, I was wondering if I ate in moderation and burnt 1,000 calories every other day, or like 500 everyday, would that be efficient enough to stay in the range I want?
I figured it would, and I googled, but couldnt get the right info.
I would have thought it would take a great deal of vigorous excercise to burn 1,000 calories and if you do you will need to eat a healthy, hearty diet :)
