Start by talking about it. Yup, it might not be easy but this has got to be done. You fist have to talk about the problem (ex. I’m not enjoying sex as much as before) and once you’ve understood how he feels about it then you can start finding solutions together. Since I don’t know what the exact problem is it’s hard to advise you specificaly on it but one thing is for sure, you have to talk about it with yoru partner and tell him what you want or need. Spicing up ones sex life can come in different ways (ex. more foreplay, dressing up, using toys, massages, etc). Best to talk about it and find out what you want o explore together.
