Stuck between love and friends

about a month ago me and my ex broke up.. we still liked each other still saw each other and fked. During this people had come up to me and said how he was seeng another girl… when I asked him about this he said it was all lies… about 3 weeks ago me and my ex’s best mate (matt) strated talking and he said to me that he always thought I was sexy… after long convo’s we decied to meet up.. we ended up fking… this week my ex found out that me and matt had fked.. he told me that he wasnt mad at what I did just who I did it with.. he then told me he stoped doing stuff with this chick when me and him started again and that he was going to ask me out if he had not of found out. he just wants to know why I did it.. I told him that dont know which is the truth I dont he says thats not good enough… I dont know what to say to him I still like him a lot and dont want to lose him he said to come up with a better answer or never talk or call him again to leave him alone.. I dont want to lose him or our friendship.. what can I say that wont hurt his feeling but will keep him as a friend ??? please help…

Wow, sounds like he was using you if you were broken up and still f*cking. I think you should think about it next time and only have sex with someone your in a secure relationship with. Having sex with someone your not with gives you a really bad name. Just tell him you want to be friends and thats all, nothing else.

You dont owe your ex any explanation. Your not dating anymore, so what you do with other guys is YOUR business, besides, all you two have going for you is friends with benefits!

say to him you didnt no what you wanted we were not together I care about you a lot and want to be with you im sorry for what I did it was a mistake because it was your friend(and you should understand thats not cool how would that make you feel) but its on the table you no how I feel if you care about me enough to put this in the past and start fresh I want that to then dont call him or make contact let him come to you if a man wants you nothing will keep him away anyways stay strong and move on if he doesnt call in a month
