Love circle ...wtf do I do???

Okay so okay heres the story…im 16 and im guy and one of my best friends named is rob and I recently started hanging out with his other group of friends emma,elinor and ashley. Ever since I saw elinor I fell in love with her I don’t know I just liked everything about her like everything…me and emma started being really cool and like I would always tell her that shes cute and always compliment her and make her laugh I wasn’t trying to get her to like me I was just trying to be nice to everyone and fit in with the group well it turns out that emma now like mes a lot and I geuss its rare that she finds someone she likes but the thing is that my best friend rob likes her and she likes me I dont really like her that much…and her and rob know that im like in love with elinor…pretty much everyone knows except for her haha…so simply put rob likes emma, emma likes me, and I like elinor…elinor is just not knowing wtf is going on…so what do I do…I think I shud just stop hanging out wtih that group because it just seems like I caused problems and everyone was happier with out me…so if it means I cant be happy then so be it rite =/
