Im new at school, in 8th grade and I need to know something. On thursday I was in the lunch line and this boy behind me was playing around. So then he taps my shoulder, I turn around and he motioned to this guy behind him and mouthes he likes you(which i didnt believe cause guys at my school like to joke around). So then like two minutes later hen asks me how old I was. On friday when i was walking in the cafeteria I heard someone screaming “aye girl,” so I turned around to see who it was and it was him, and said hey. The rest of the day when I was walking in the hallway everytime he saw me he said hey. Even onetime he was talking to someone in the hallway and he looked around the coner and saw me walking, after he got through talking and I was walking past him he said hey. What does this mean? Does he like me, just think Im attractive, or is just being nice. Why is he saying hi to me in the hallway, and he doesnt even know me cause Im new. I dont even know him or his name. Please answer honestly.

He probably thinks you’re pretty and is just playing around.

Well why don’t you go and find out? If he’s following you around he may like you. Just talk to him casually. Maybe he does and wants to get to know you better but is too nervous to actually talk to you.
