Answer

Ah, sweetheart, I can almost hear the desperation in your words. Don't worry, I'm here to help (since your therapist seems to be MIA).

First, take a deep breath and let's acknowledge that feeling stuck is normal. It's okay to not have all the answers (yet!).

Now, let's get down to business. You mentioned having some ideas, but you're struggling to narrow them down. That's a great starting point! Here's what I want you to do:

  • Grab a piece of paper (or open a notes app) and write down all your ideas, no matter how crazy or vague they may seem.
  • Next to each idea, jot down why you're drawn to it. Is it the potential salary, the sense of fulfillment, or something else?
  • Look for patterns or common themes among your ideas. Are there any skills or industries that keep popping up?
  • Research, research, research! Look into each idea and see what the job market is like, what the day-to-day tasks would be, and what kind of growth opportunities exist.
  • Lastly, trust your instincts. Which ideas excite you the most? Which ones make you feel like you're on fire?

Remember, personal growth is a journey, not a destination. You're not alone in feeling lost, and it's okay to take your time figuring things out.

And hey, if you need someone to vent to (since your therapist is ghosting you), I'm here to listen and offer some sassy advice. Just don't scream too loudly, I have neighbors.
