losing weight quick

Im in a crunch right now and and need to lose about 20 pounds fast…by the beginning of november. I’ve been eating right and drinking nothing but water and exercising… but Im pretty much in crunch mode… any suggestions on how to drop pounds quick? im willing to try anything!!! ugh this sucks!

well my advice to you is jumping jacks (burns 1 calorie every 3 jumping jacks) ,sit-ups (tones belly) ,push-ups (tones arms,chest,upper shoulders) ,walking (burns fat),running (makes you gain muscel raising your metabolism),jogging, and eating healthy. starving ruins your meatabolism but yea I know how it is,sometimes you’re just so determined to lose weight you dont want to eat. well im not gonna preach or anything to you so if ou do choose not to eat (do drink lots of water tho,lol how clique is that? =p) drink lots of coffee but dont ut any cream or sugar in it because thatll just take awy the point in drinking eat lol coffee raises your maetabolism because of the caffeein in it,same with tea (also no sweeteners!) and ice cold water will make your body burn calories because your body has to heat the water up to your body temperature or something like that. also when your hungry drink water. cold baths/showers also burn calories. dancing/belly dancing is a good way to burn calories and tone up a lil bit :]] also you can take up sports. I have lots of other tips and tricks that will work quickly and easily so add me as a friend :]]

Who you losing the weight for, you, or someone else? From the sounds of it since you need to lose weight fast, I’m assuming someone else wants you or needs you to lose this weight quick. Don’t change yourself for someone else, only for yourself. Looking at your pictures you do not look overweight AT ALL. You are a very beautiful girl, and that’s coming from another girl myself. If you feel you need to lose weight for health reasons, by all means do so, but looking at your pictures You are very very pretty, and there’s no need to lose any in my personal opinion. Also, your screen name shows me that you think your cute, obviously otherwise you wouldnt have that as your screen name, so if your happy with yourself, tell this other person who wants you to lose weight to stuff it, because you don’t need to lose weight for them..

However if you do want to lose it for yourself, or health issues…The person “jaz” is right, weight loss does not happen fast, It takes a long time, so don’t believe the crap you hear on telivision “I LOST 50 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS!!” Bull crap, unless they had lipo suction. Anyway, reguardless of what happens, If losing weight is one of your goals, good luck on your goal. In the end you’ll feel that much better about yourself because you accomplished your goal. :)

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both 1-2 pounds a week is all you should aim loose and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

I dont know your weight or your height but I lost 30 pounds in 2 months reversing breakfast and dinner eat dinner for breakfast, breakfast for dinner. get out and jog or walk.if you wanna really loose weight then look up military exercise rutines. no snacking unless you have a health bar or you could eat salads.
