you need to eat healthy no junk foods or soda only drink water and eat lots of vegetables and fruits and only eat chicken and fish but grill or bake only dont fry it and dont eat red meat, shrimps or pork cus its not that healthy for you

at 13 you dont need to lose any weight at all, thats how you will get ill and in trouble :(

just be who you are - and only care about what you think not others !

just cut out junk food and go outside and do something fun. at your age you will just stretch out into a lean swan in no time (months not day tho). at your age I was always active but I ate sooo much fatty, sugary garbage. I reformed my diet and got really lean over summer and came back to school hawt.

right I know everyone will proberly say this but at 13 you are still growing so you don’t need to urgently loose weight, eat sensibly, exercise normally. Don’t over do anything. You have not told me how much you weigh or your height so I cannot tell if yhur over weight. I don’t think you will be and plus you find that younger people will thin out as they grow. its when yhu stop growing that you really need to watch what yhu eat.
