I used to be of average weight, but now that I got a job I have been eating more junk food I have gained some pounds. My skinny jeans don't fit quite as well, I need larger belts and I am developing muffin tops. Yeah...shame.
I am about 5 foot 9 inches. So along with some diet tips can someone tell me me healthy weight?
I've learned how to lose weight fast. And the best way to do this is Eat salads as main meals with something light like, 1-2 Slices of wholemeal bread, or a roll, new potatoes or rice. Raisins as snacks, yogurts, grapes. Swap sugary drinks for water. Exercise is the key to keep weight off so make sure you exercise for 10-20 minutes 3-4 times per week. look here for more info. jaysfitfast.yolasite.com
I would guess 100-120 for a 15 year old girl could be totally wrong though
