Losing Weight

Any tips on a good diet to follow? I basically crave sweets and chocolate and im awful with finding a good diet to stick too, im not over weight as such, im just not aas skinny as id like. id also like to lose it only from my stomach and thighs but I find this reall awkward, and does exercise play a massive part in this?

drink water seriously it kills the cravings I have tried it before but in the end I was happy with my weight so I went back to normal

I crave all those yummy sweats to but I find that if you have small amounts of the things you love you’ll by fine :)

yes exercise and diet are the only important things, dont bother trying anything else, you also cannot choose what areas you lose weight in, sorry

Babes, you don’t need to loose weight, you should be happy with the way you look, I’m sure your size is beautiful, and don’t give in the food you love, whats the point in eatting food you don’t like ?!!?

And why do you want to be skinny ? You want to have some one meat on you,

Just be confident with the way you look and don’t let anyone say your ‘fat’ because no one is x
