I'm skinny but and have stayed that way but the numbers on the scale havent. =/ How do I not become too skinny but lower the numbers?
2 things- first you could just be sllowing down. my husband and I have both always been slender but we both filled out a little more after puberty. 2nd you can be healthy and thin. if you are really concerned that you are gaining try simple work outs like: crunches, pushups etc.
Why do the numbers matter if you are skinny? It's not like we have our weight tattooed on us for everyone to see what the scale says. As long as you think you are skinny and you are happy with your body - ignore the scale it's just numbers.
