Losing Lots of Weight!

Hi, I have about 50-70 lbs of fat I need to shed to be a healthy weight. Does anyone know what I can do to lose the weight relatively fast? Maybe 4-5 lbs a week? Thanks!

first off start by cutting down your portion sizes and drink tons of water. also drink coffee/ tea because caffiene is an appetite supressent. eat whole grain foods and MUFA’s (monosaturatedfats) which are actually good for you and will help to burn fat on your stomach,so every day just take a swig of olive oil =p make sure it says monosaturatedfats on the ingredients label thingy. also you gonna have to start working out so you can get more muscel tissue that will raise your matabolism which would cause more fat burning everyday. my advice to you is leg lifts,crunches,push ups,pull ups,running/jogging/walking,and things like that. take up swimming or biking. also you could start dancing, its a fun and easy way to burn calories. listen to ubeat music that you like while you workout it will help. PUSH YOURSELF! whenever you feel like binging and eating unhealthy food,count to 100 and picture your dream body. just stick with it and stay strong! good luck! :]],

Drink lots of water. EXACTLY NO SODA AT ALL! And walk/jog/run a lot. I lost 6 pounds in a week doing that. Good luck.

Firstly you need to take a look at your current diet, and what it consists of. For an effective weight loss your diet will have to contain ALOT of water, also, in between meals when you might feel peckish drink water as it fills you up plus there’s bonus’s as it’s good for you internally and for your skin. To lose about 4-lbs a week well and healthily you’ll have to majorly change your diet. For example eat more fruits and vegetables and salads with or instead of meals and maybe substitute White bread for wholemeal or brown .. Full fat milk for semi skimmed etc and you need to go for runs to burn off things and to get rid of the fat etc I suggest an hour or so a day Orr running or walking or a mix of the two . Any queries.
