Answer #1

Just eat healthy food, and do more exercise. You could even consider going for a morning jog , or maybe start the gym, as this would make you more fit aswell. But make sure you dont loose too much weight, as you dont want to be below average!

Lets seeeee…. run 4 miles a day… be active… dont eat fast food or junk food and watch TV most of your day.

Answer #6

The first thing I would recommend is to cut down on fast food, sodas, candies, oily foods, and sweet things. You can still eat them, but eat in moderation. If you exercise, what kind of results do you want? There are many ways to lose weight, it all depends how you want it gone. Seeing as you’re a female, I’m assuming you want abs, thin legs, and a nice round butt. I recommend working out 45-60 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week. Try this:

15-min. jog(Warm up) Lunges/Squats - 5 sets - 30/30/30/30/30(Quads, Hamstrings) Standing Calf Raise - 5 sets - 50/50/50/50/50(Calves) Abdominal Sit Ups - 5 sets - 50/50/50/50/50(Upper Abdominals) Reverse Crunch - 5 sets - 50/50/50/50/50(Lower Abdominals) Russian Twist Crunch - 5 sets - 50/50/50/50/50(Oblique, Middle Abs) *10-min. Run(Finish)

You don’t have to overwork yourself and you can tweak the reps to a decent number if you’d like. If you do ab workouts, do NOT rest more than 40 seconds because the muscles will become relaxed and it will be twice as hard to start the next set. Also, rest 60-90 seconds per set on the non-ab workouts.

A proper diet is also key to getting the best results. Beef and turkey have lots of B vitamins which help in muscle recovery and muscle fiber growth. Salmon and tuna have Omega-3, a fat vitamin that is essential to your immune system and also prevents heart disease. Fruits and veggies contain C and D vitamins which help your skin and bones. Water is also better because there are no added sugars and sodium so you won’t get dehydrated. I would recommend eating 5-6 meals a day consisting of 200-300 calories each because your body will digest the calories easier than if you were to eat 3 big meals a day.

If you really want to be serious about losing it fast, do the workout twice a day for better results. Just be sure to separate the two workouts with a decent time(5-6 hours in between). 10lb. is simple to lose if you are devoted to yourself. Picture yourself how you want to look, and every time you feel like giving up, think of that image.

Hope this helps.
