how do i lose weight and look skinnier in like a month?? my aunt n uncle r coming n i really want to look good :) help!!! now

First, set a reasonable goal (you won’t be able to lose 20 pounds in 30 days, for instance). I would set your goal at.. 10 pounds. Drink water, exercise regularly, cut down on the junk food/fast food, control your portions and NO SODA!

you can loose up to 8 lbs in 3 weeks by going on a cleansing diet…meaning no animal fat, no carbs, no sweetened drinks, no alcohol, no dairy, no salt, getting a lot of water, a lot of vegi’s both cooked or raw, lentils are ok, some walnuts & a few raisins a smoothie for breakfast and a lot of exercise. Also taking up a new thing to do will allow you to not focus your mind on the food you want to eat! Dont forget to keep a diary…helps when trying to lose weight.

keep yourself busy so you don’t reach for food cuz you’re bored. honestly i have done the neera super cleanse several times and it really works and is actually very easy once you get past the first 3 days. i’m not affiliated with them in anyway ;) http://funadvice.com/r/3k00u0gsp0 even if you’re really skinny this type of cleanse is good to do because it gets out the stuff that’s sitting around in the intestines and making it harder for your body to process food which in turn makes you gain weight more easily. The other thing that is nice about this cleanse is that the weight you lose isn’t going to come back on when you start to eat.. it’s not about water weight at all.. its the real deal.. i know several other people who have done it several times as well and it’s really good and you feel very energetic while doing it. It is available in some healthfood stores or from their website.

If you don’t have the ability or desire to try that.. cut out all simple carbs, sugar of any kind and meat and don’t eat bad oils like canola or margarine.. keep as close to nature as you can with your eating and make sure it tastes good otherwise you won’t stick to it. then walk or do some kind of exercise for at least 20 mins a day. Drink tons of water too and don’t skip breakfast.. good luck!

i lost 10 pounds in less then 2 wks when i stopped drinking pop, more water, i ate salt on everything so i had to put the salt away and cut back on the fast food extremely. start walking/tredmill because that will make your jeans fit better and do crunches.

yeah.. if you’re talking about what i’m suggesting.. the neera.. it not only makes you look slim but you loose the toxic weight and it does not come back on when you’re done. go read about it.. beyonce even uses that before award ceremonies and stuff.. it’s really popular in LA.
