:p - 110, 5'4. my belly is a pudgy mess! but my parents are all like uhh. so some exersises in my room? advice, anything? :)
No, no nooo you're at a perfect weight. You don't need to LOSE WEIGHT, you need to gain muscle. That will help get rid of that pudge and tighten your stomach up. Do some cardio exercises.. do some that focus on the stomach. There's this video I found on youtube that's awesome.. I'll have to find the link, but just seach youtube, 5 minute ab couch workout... it should pop up. The guy is awesome. :)
I throw up, its helped me lose my wieght i was over 200 and now im under 100 and im 14. Just find something like a tooth brush and stick down your throut DONT FIGHT THE GAGGING!!! thts whats ,ake in all come back up. when its comes u there ya go ( do after every meal about 5 mins after your done eating and dont eat much 5 or 6 bites and NO MEAT!!)

Dude, like a mention before. Eat well. Exercising is not easy and if you ask your P.E. teacher about an exercise program. Such as sit-ups, push ups and other aerobic exercise. But changing your way of eating is vital. But communicating with mom and dad is a great start.
Do it for your health not for looks. Keep that in mind.
workout. because you will feel great, look better and probably will gain muscle weight rather than loose it. but if that isnt what you want to do, stop drinking pop and eating salt/salty foods. i lost 10 pounds in 2 wks when i stopped drinking pop and eating salty foods. you dont look bloated either.
eating well. (ei: Fruit, vegetables, milk, water, lean chicken, lean meat, grains, bread, and more water.) Stay away from sodas, candy, fast food, and greasy food. Exercise and sleep well. You should talk to your parents about it and visit a doctor specially a nutritionist and go from there.
This could lead you to having psychological problems such as bulimia and others which could have a strain on your heart and lead to other health problems.
stop eating junk food and drink more what in addition to working out.
