I want to lose weight. please suggest me best exercises
Exercise is a wonderful thing. It will make you look better and be healthier, happier, and even smarter. By itself it isn't a good way to loose weight. Jogging two miles burns 200 to 300 kcal. A bagel is around 250 calories. Which is easier? Jogging 2 miles or skipping a bagel? I'm not saying exercise isn't worth it or that it is a waste of time because it isn't but unless you plan on exercising hours/day every day you will also need to eat healthier in order to loose much weight.
Btw. Pick the right kind of exercise..some exercises have a distinct effect on the body..if losing weight is your goal..try not to focus on just one form of exercise and try cross training..more activity and more variety
Find some youtube tutorials or go for a run every morning. Do some cardio for half an hour daily. The main goal is to get your heart rate up high enough so you're actually working out. Eat healthy as well.
Start with 5 minute Skipping. Even if you cannot skip continuously, do not stop skipping.
