How can I lose 5 pounds in two weeks ?
Hmm sorry to say this but I don't think this would be a very good idea. Losing weight should be a slow process in order for it to stay off. They say that you should only lose 10% of your weight a week. So if you were 200lbs you should lose 2lbs a week.
If you were to lose 5lb in two weeks then it would quickly pile back on. It would also be very difficult resulting in stress and you may end up binging. Try and go for a more reasonable goal and I can try and help you. If you feel comfortable post your height and weight and I can try and see what you could do to lose weight in two week.

You should weigh between 105 and 115 pounds. You don't need to lose any weight. If you think you do then you are probably anorexic.

Well there you have it..I know it seems hard but if you want to lose weight for the long run then that would be best. Out of interest..why would you like to lose 5lbs? And why in such a short amount of time?
On your profile you say say yourself that you're a petite girl (which you are). At 5'3 and at 100lbs makes you have a bmi of 17.7 which is underweight. You really don't need to those extra pounds love =/

umm thats easy! just eat healthier. and everday just ride your bike for a mile or two. on weekends just give yourself a treat or two. and on weekdays don't eat junkfood! I did all of this and I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!
yellow I think you should go on a diet only eat healthy things no junk food and go for a jog every mornig and around 10 the you coild probablay later go on the tredmal do a lot of activetys
And softballchick that would be a very dangerous way of losing weight. She would be depriving her body of the needed nutrients and energy.
