How to lose 5 pounds in one week for dance series competion. And dont tell me its not possible or not healthy. I know it is, my doctor specially told me that 7 pounds was my max limit I could lose in a week.

usually it isnt unless your a little overweight and actually have weight to loose, its not healthy other than that just eat healthy and exerscise reguarly for a little more than you would normally
