I'm a 13 year old girl. I weigh 124 pounds. my BMI says I'm normal weight but I feel fat. I desperately wanna lose weight. Somebody please help me!!
Honestly, you probably shouldn't try losing any weight at all.
You "feel" fat but usually, these feelings are usually very very wrong. Following them might just end up making you sick and frail which is considerably worse than being fat.
Granted, let's say you are though. All you'd really need to do is build up some cardio for endurance and then you can work on building muscle and burning fat for energy. This might make you a bit heavier but eh... At least you won't "feel" fat which is essentially your goal, right?

Just eat healthier and excersize/do sports/activities more. you wont feel fat anymore trust me. no dieting needed.
