Losing weight for no reason?

before you read this I would just like to say that I am not anorexic. I am 5'6 and wrighg like 90 I have always been like that but latley I have been loosing so much weight like I am in the low 80's and I don;t know why. I have been very week and so tried. like couple days ago my brother had to carry me to the car because I was to tired. I have a physical like in a couple of days and I don't want them to think I am doing this on perpouse. How do I wake myself up and get dtornger and gain weight? I go running every day, then dance. Thank you
