how can I get rid of my love handles and my belly? im doing the sit ups but what if that does not work?

It would be a good idea to watch what you eat and do different exercises, like running, keep doing sit ups (also do side sit ups) This helps to target the side muscles, that is what I found that helped.

you have to do a lot more then just sit ups I work out with my brother almost everyday, he is trying to get in really good shape because he going into da airforce so I am helping you should proby do crunches and start running hoped this helps
