I am 5ft 3in tall and I weight about 156. I wanna loose weight but nothing works it all takes time and somehow doesnt work. My Ideal weight is 100 pounds. Can you tell me how I can loose weight without buying anything that will actually work
100 is not your ideal weight. im 5'2 and I know that to be healthy but not underweight is 117. you work out, and you diet. 20 minutes a day with your heart beating like crazy, enough for you to break a sweat will work. I do palates. and it works like magic.
Do an hour of cardio everyday and eat healthy. That should help you lose a lot of 'fat' while buildin some muscle.
also, go vegitarian. I lost 40 lbs from that.
