How long should I wait to put in my double zero gauges?

i gauged them about 2 weeks ago.

Answer #1

I think you should wait till the ones you have now heal a little better and until they don’t feel soar anymore and stuff. Like maybe 2-3 weeks? If not then you can do it not I guess, and just get the pain over with now, if you feel your ready.

Answer #2

I like to wait until my ears are healed. At least to the point where I can remove/replace/tug on my ears without any pain.

Answer #3

alright, so i will just wait another month to be safe? :)

Answer #4

ok what size you at now?? try not to jump hugely, i went from 2.5 - 4 - 8 -10 -14mm luckily i did that but no tears ‘win’ also depending how your ears stand pain, i stretch mine from 8-10 within 5 days gradually they stung like a b*itch but nothing else wrong i waited about 2 weeks after that nd bumped up to 14mm in each ear but that took longer. :)

Answer #5

im at zero and im trying to get to a double zero, my real goal over all is to get to a quarter inch.

Answer #6

cool well i’d say go for it now if you want, are you stretching yourself or going to a piercer? if yourself do it slowly like every so hour twist nd push, but dont force it in too strong b’cos the sting can numb out the feel of your ear tearing, if you go to a piercer i’m sure their’ll be happy as to stretch it plus it’s cheap only like £5 ::) anyways good luck :) x

Answer #7

im doing it myself as always, and thank you :) im prob. gonna need it. haha <33

Answer #8

haha dont worry<3 just take it easy nd heres a tip; when your in the shower try to wash the stretcher nd around the stretched lobe, you could even try pushing your stretcher in a lil more in, cos the heat nd steam nd etc relaxs your ear nd can make it easier to stretch more. it’s very easy if you wana change your tunnels/plugs do it straight after the shower especially if your putting in double flared plugs cos their annoying as to put in :) x
