How long should I wait before I dye the purple out?

I dyed my hair purple today, i HATE it, its a very very dark plum purple and i relly want it back to my normal coloring.. which is brownish, i mean i dyed it today so is it okay if i dye it back tomorrorow, i really hate it.. liek a lot.

ummm I’d worry about damaging your hair or having your hair an off color while trying to change it back. Try washing out the dye and see how much of it can fade first, before dying it out.

The best way to fade hair dye is to wash it with baking soda, but you have to use a deep conditioner after because it drys out your hair. That’s what a hair dresser told me when I dyed my mohawk a dark purple.

Last time i used baking soda was when i put it in cream, i thought it was icing sugar, put it in teh cream and whipped it up.. it was disgusting beyond belief.

Yeah, tomorrow’s fine. Just don’t make it a habit, haha. And I would suggest using a shampoo made for chemically treated hair & a deep conditioning mask once a week to keep it healthy.
