toxic shock syndrome:is a potentially fatal illness caused by a bacterial toxin. Different bacterial toxins may cause toxic shock syndrome, depending on the situation. The causative bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. Streptococcal TSS is sometimes referred to as toxic shock-like syndrome (TSLS) or Streptococcal Toxic Shock Syndrome (STSS).
No tampon, no mater the size is suppose to be left in more than 7 hours. You should always use the smallest size possible as it decreases you chances of catching TSS.
if you're having to use supers, i would change mine after everytime i use the bathroom or the 6hr mark.
About 6 hours or until it's soaked - whichever comes first.
a syndrome you could get by leaving your tampon in too long
If the string is red, it's a pretty clear indication
if you feel any moisture-time to change
how do i know if its soaked?
what is tampon?
whats tss? :O
