how long does a person smoke for, to get skinny? and what is in the cigar or w.e that makes you skinny?

Are you serious? Smoking is stupid and bad for you. Dont even start it. It doesn’t make you skinny, it is just smoke. There are no calories in smoke and smokers will rather have a fag than eat but I mean, you don’t even look fat so is it really worth having black lungs over being skinny? When you get hooked on fags, you’ll regret even starting. Trust me, I know.

ok, i think your MISREAD other people “advice”. a cigarrete does not make you loose weight. ciggarettes can supress your appetite, so the morons who choose to smoke to loose weight dont do it by the cigarette alone, they dont EAT anything and just smoke ciggs. this is completely idiotic of course, and really you need to be smarter than that. dont do it. any cigarrete or cigar will make you unhealthy and skinny if you dont eat properly and smoke. and your not really becoming skinny, your becomming UNHEALTHY. your health is going to go downwards, your going to prematurel age your skin as well, do you want to look 35 when your only 20? probably not. seriously, like is more worthwile if you dont do stuid things that harm your health just to loose a few silly pounds, there are healthie ways to do that, and you most likley dont een need to losoe weight. start making smarter decisions.

I will add thought…who on earth told you that smoking cigarettes or cigars for that matter will make you lose weight so you can be skinny? I have never heard a bunch of crock like that in the longest time!

Nicotine is only good for these things, ruining your lungs…causing lip/mouth/throat/lung cancer and did I forget to mention makes you stink as well as stain your teeth & fingers?!

If those arent enough reasons to keep away from smoking I dont what will…take care!

You need to smoke 2 cartons of cigarettes everyday, that way you will spend so much time smoking and dying that you’ll forget about eating.

But seriously, cigarettes cause you to lose your appetite, damage your taste buds, and increase your heart rate causing you to lose weight due to the energy of the fast beating. HOWEVER, are you serious?! You would want to risk getting cancer, get a smokers cough, smell disgusting, make most people automatically dislike you (if they see you smoking), and much more bad stuff JUST TO LOSE SOME POUNDS?!?!?!?!! I did smoke cigarettes before, but that was for a different reason, but I quit a while ago. In conclusion, don’t do it, it’s not worth it, I promise you.

Alright, it doesnt quite work that way. People gain weight when they quit smoking because their appetites increase. People dont lose weight that way. It’s not a weight loss mechanism. Look, why dont you try to exercise instead of looking for quick fix mechanisms? If they existed there would be no fat people.

Suppressing appetite does NOT always equal weight loss. You get some people who try to eat less and end up gaining weight, cigarettes could have the same effect on you.

Plus

  • You mess up your lungs
  • You deplete your vitamin B levels which is responsible for a healthy nervous system, proper memory and brain function
  • You cannot use contraceptives
  • It increases your risk for high blood pressure and MANY other nasty side effects, not to even mention smelly hands and wrinkly skin.

There are a LOT better ways of losing weight HEALTHILY. Isn’t that what you want after all?

I mean seriously, who is going to find wrinkly and thin attractive?
