how long will it take to gauge from 14 to 10? the proper way
It took my friend I think a month or something give or take a week or two.

It kind of depends on how fast your body heals. But yeah about a month or a little less.
Two weeks to a month. Depending on whether you’re planning to wait a week between stretches or two weeks.
Uhm,i started at a 14g and made my way to an 8g. I went down every size though and waited about 2 or 3 weeks between stretches. Like i would go 14,12,10,and then 8. So yeah :)
-To help your ears heal faster i suggest getting from H2ocean from Hot Topic. I used it during my stretches and it helped a lot! :) or make some of your own ‘sea’ salt (not table salt) water to use on your ears. A tad of A+D oinment would be helpful as well :) Happy gauging!
