Umm depends , if you dont take cold meds and get rest and stay out of cold weather quite awhile. Make sure you get a good nights sleep.

thanks cus its been over a week, but i cant take cold medications cus it makes me drousy and quite frankly look very stoned, but i am resting up! Thanks!

Dayquil, nyquil and vicks vaporizer should do the trick! Do all that and rest and I would say you could get rid of it in 24 hrs.

It actually takes longer than we think. Most colds take about a week or two. However due to cold medicines that supress it we often think we are better before we are fully healed and end up getting sick again. If you cannot deal with cold medicine. Try some ginger tea as well as peppermint tea. Both of those help relieve the symptoms of colds and flu.

usually about a week to week and a half. Lots of rest and water (hot tea) can help speed it up
