Why can I log into my account on my phone but not my laptop?

The only thing I can think of is that the password or email is wrong (you don’t always get an error message - it’s buggy) … double check it and if it continues, let me know and I’ll ask Ericson about it.

No, it happens to me too, Colleen :O Sometimes, when I try to login with the correct combination of email and password, It just won’t let me login :O I refresh but it still doesn’t work. Then after fifteen minutes when I try to login again, it lets me log in :O It’s confusing though cos it only happens occasionally :O

Please make sure you’re logged out from one place when you try to log in from another; hope this helps :)

it could be the ip adress you are using for laptop or the browser you are using on your laptop. I do experence such on my phone.

Colleen, mine’s been doing that for months along with other problems and it’s not my password.
