Wash your hands many many times and try not to touch your face, eyes or mouth. Also, try and disinfect furfaces like doorknobs or the telephone, things that could be covered in germs. I also advise that you don't share things like cups, or anything that can get the germs from them directly to you.
Otherwise, besides staying away from them, there is really not a lot more you can do.
