Even as a kid I didn’t like it. The dad is a successful archetect but lives in a house that is bland on the outside and ugly on the inside? Also, as the show progressed the dad grew long hair and started wearing patterned polyester shirts and bell bottoms. In the late 1960’s and early 70’s professionals just didn’t dress that way.
