Light spotting period = meaning?
My period is like clockwork and usually really heavy, even when stressed out. But this month when I went to have my period all that happened was a bunch of really light spotting. Only for one day. I took a pregnancy test the day after the spotting stopped but it was negative. What could be happening to my body? My cycle are always on the 11th of every month.
well every one spots at a point of their period. I always spot I never really have a reg period schedual cause I am really active so you might just be going through a stage in you period and its normal so dont worry!
you wouldnt spot if you were pregnet you would just miss you period spotting is normal every one spots every once in a while dont worry
