Liar!!

How can you tell when someone is lying to you? My ex lives with me, we still love each other but wont get into a relationship based on something in the past. So how can I find out when he is lying to me? He always lies all the time, he admitted it’s a problem he has and said he would try to change for me. Thank you.

I look at people’s eyes.. it really does a lot.. most people look away when they are lying.. also I have read studies.. im not sure on how acurat they are but I have read that when people stair off to the right they are recalling a memory.. and when they stare off to the left.. well then they are using the creative side of there mind.. also look for a pause.. if they wait alittle longer then they normally would to anwser then they are trying to remember the lie or they are making one up.. its really hard to tell if someone who lies a lot is lying.. because they sometimes believe their own lies..
