do you know what helps to make feet less rough?
also you can buy a foot cream, put it on when you go to bed, then put a pair of socks on. when you wake up theyll be more softer also scrub them, get rid of all the dead skin altertnatively, try to avoid wearing uncomfortable shoes and heels every day and if you do, try getting and extra foot sole put in, you can buy one for cheap, cut it to size and do it yourself even
one of those grind-away-at-your-foot stones. is that called a pumice stone? -or the pumice might be the sauce that you put on your foot while you scrub WITH the stone. I'm not sure. anyways, get one of those. my sister uses one, and she seems happy enough with it. her feet don't look rough either, from what I can tell.
this could help... have a bath or shower so that when you get out your feet should be soft, then using a pommie stone (which you can get from the chemist) rub the areas that are hard and it will remove the dead skin, do this for about a week and you should notice a difference, I do it and it works for me..
yup, use a pumice stone, and then use lotion...
you also might want to use a deep moisturiser
...pumice.
