The best way to learn a new language
Personally, I think the best way is to force yourself. Move to a new area and immerse yourself in the language and culture. That way, you'll have no choice but to learn it.
However, it hasn't worked for me. I have lived in a highly-Cuban section of Miami for 5 years now and I still can't speak it fluently. I understand most of it, but can't put a sentence together for the life of me.
Many people buy cassette tape or CD programs that teach you the language. I've heard good things.
I think the best way to learn any new language is to involve it in daily life. Try to translate the objects you use in the new language. take some professional and good rated tutor classes. you can read translation books. I started to learn the Hebrew language at the beginning used the Hebrew Alphabet Flashcards by Carddia. it helped me a lot. it so reliable that you can carry it to any place according to your convenience.
buy books in that language
watch shows in that language n repeat what they say
some sites you could go to are youtube and veoh n u probably need to type in that language
