Also any tips on making the transition from chord to chord any easier?

Answer #1

How long have you been playing? The thing about chords changes is they have to be done fast and all your fingers need to move to the fret and strings that they should be on at the same time- this just takes practice. Once you master that and you learn all the major and minor chords you can play most songs. You could learn some of them in like 5 minutes- literally! Just practice your chords and you should be fine.

I have no experience…I wanted to learn a song for my gf(now ex) but long story short I want her back, I still like her alot, and she still likes me(gem what I heard). So I learned the chords while we were together then she ended it and I just thought of finishing it as a x-mas present and a way to hopefully get her back…

Feel good inc. By gorillaz, and starshine by gorillaz. I learned both of them within about an hour or two.

Answer #4

probably not, the key to getting better at the guitar is practice, LOTS of practice, unfortunantly very few people can learn a song by the next day, it takes a ot of practice. as for moving from chords quicker, again that takes lots of practice. so keep practicing and dont give up, you wont be able to do much while your starting out but the more you practice, the better you get

Answer #5

It really depends on you. If youre playing your butt off, then yeah, maybe. It also depends on if youre good and if you can pick up the song quickly. Like, if I were to learn a song in a day, I could, but if my sister tried, she couldnt. I can pick up really really quickly on guitar, if thats the same way with you, then yeah, go for it! As for changing from chord to chord, I dont have very much good advice to help you out, except to practice and practice some more. Even without your guitar, practice it in your hands.

Answer #6

You have to have played some time so you can play a guitar and go trough the chords smothley, so odds are you wont be able to play it by tommorow. Practice is what makes switching chords easy, so practice and meaby you will have it down, not big chances, but it’s possible.
