My mother and I have not gotten along for about three years now >>> I have a ged and am signed up for college but cant start because she refuses to sign the papers of consent >last night I had to drive to the cvs to get medication because I am sick and shes out of town my sista wouldnt take me …I dont have a license or permit cuzz she won take me .she had me arrested two years ago for assult and she was aressted for abuse ..her case was over turned and thrown out but mine wasnt when I worked as a shift manager at taco bell I had a friend that I worked with that was gunna rent me a room ..but my mom wouldnt let me move out …she keeps threating to send me back to jail she has thrown crutches pictures and pumps at me she has busted numerous holes in the wall and doors and has hit in the face with a glass>>> now she is fileing for a chins patition to have me sent back to jail…can I move out in september when I turn 17 please help

Probably not, but you should look into your state’s Children’s Social Services. It sounds like what she is doing is child abuse and you need to have it looked into.
