I'm 15 years old, about 5'7", and I weight around 130 lbs. I've had "puffy nipples" with hard, circular spots under both of them for almost 2 years now. I have a regular chest, no obvious MAN BOOBS, but just Huge puffy nipples, which is basically ruining my life. I was wondering if there is ANYTHING I can do, or should do?
I know about that Gyno...somthin disorder, which looking at the symptoms, I probably have, and wanted to know if the only way to "cure" that disease is surgery(which is NOT an option) or if I should get past my embarrassment, and ask my doctor?
Man, I had those too when I was younger.. I went to the doctor about it, and he told me Its just puberty. Mine are gone now and I had them for about a year. They hurt to touch too. But they start getting smaller and just disappear. My doc says that most guys get it though. But maybe you should go to your doc just to make sure it not serious.
