this spring I want to do lacrosse for my school. I've NEVER done a sport and although im skinny im not in shape. how can I make the team? any advice and tips would be great thankkks! (:(:
You should practice your stick skills, since youve never played thats the first thing you should do and then worry about running and getting stronger. It also depends on what grade your in if your in middle school you can still catch up on your stick skills and have a decent shot of making the team, but if your in highschool you should start working right now because the level of play in highschool is much higher. good luck
