  You just haven't met the right person who can respect you as yourself. It depends on if you just want a fling or a relationship because a fling you can get anywhere a relationship will take a bit longer. You seem like a nice guy so that may be why the girls are just seeing you as a friend but don't give up because I have many friends who would kill to find a guy like you.
