Why does my hair look blue to some people when I was born with black hair

Cuz in certain lights blacks may have a blue tint
It’s just the lighting, especially in sun mixed with clouds. My truck is dark blue, but sometimes looks black and even almost purple. Don’t let it bother you, it means people are paying attention to you.

yeah it does look blue
it could be too shiny. Sometimes when you have too much shine on your hair it looks like another color.
