How can I get under my knees to tan?

Its just one of those areas that takes longer to tan than the rest of the body. Use self tanner on or a tanning lotion on that area - its safer and healthier for you anyways.

Maybe you should try getting a self spray bottle of tan & do it yourself , if actual tanning doesnt work
