You were already advised on one of your earlier questions:
Your BMI is 21.1...healthy weight. If you lose 20lb your BMI will be 18...underweight. you don't need to lose weight.
It is clear that you have an eating disorder and really need to seek support from a medical professional.

Please refrain from posting future questions on here about losing weight. You are clearly not interested in support for your disorder, which is classified as a mental health disease.

holy!!! sorry but you need to eat more then that!!! You are probably missing vital vitamins... need to work out the diet abit better, and like I always tell everybody else that is trying to loose weight, watch the calories (eat proper daily amounts for vitamins) and watch how much you burn off, the amount you burn off each day should be more then what you ate that day after taking out your BMR... But yeah eat more!!! and do more cardio you have to missing vitamins which wouldnt allow you to loose more weight but put more on to preserve the lose your giving yourself... Hope it helps...
why do you want to lose weight? I checked out your photo...you already look thin
