Prune juice, anything that involves cheese, milk, onions, anything with fiber, cereal, fruit, and junk food. Drink pickle juice, that makes me go... lol Anything with dairy, and sweets. Your body's compound system break down emzymes that produce urine and feces in you lower intestines. Mostly, if you can't use the bathroom, then you are most likely constipated. If you are constipated, then AVOID dietary foods, and get some prune juice.
