ground flax seed, or flax meal, can go in just about anything... after a few times you dont even notice it.... there are some types ground into almost a powder. I have allergies to a bunch of stuff so I eat a wrap (or two) just about everyday for lunch, there is always ground flax seed it in. I add it when I make bread, chicken (like if you are putting a bread/batter coating on it, sprinkle a little into the mixture), brown rice, Bulgar wheat, anything without a smooth texture and you won't really notice it (it barely has a taste, so with some foods it is just the texture issue for me)
So ground flaxseed is better for that? I usually only get the whole seed flaxseed
I put some ground flaxseed in the pancake mix.
I put it in the dough when I bake bread.
Muffins!
Yogurt?
