I want a butt like kim kardashians so bad man I can't stop looking at hurs how fo I git it I was born with 1 its in ma genes I just lost a couple inches but I want it 2 40 aagain how do I do it please and how many times a week
Genetics are one part of it...eg, the shape, you'll never have what you weren't born with other than through plastic surgery (and nobody really wants to do that).
If you want a rocking shape, however, make sure you watch your diet and exercise..I love pilates & yoga as those really help. Work up to the 40+ minute sessions a few times per week and you'll really see a difference in your physique.
